● Closed five institutional contracts of $3M to $5M each across LATAM, Europe and CIS, owning each one from prospecting to signature. ● Built the econometric models fund managers used to evaluate risk-adjusted returns and cash flow projections on structured financial products. ● Designed the commission structure and affiliate distribution channels from scratch, turning one-off relationships into repeatable pipeline. ● Opened three regions with no prior pipeline, running trilingual outreach and conference representation tracked through CRM. ● Built relationships with crypto KOLs and active traders that drove trading volume on the KuCoin exchange, a retail channel alongside the core institutional business. ● Ran partnership talks with Paystand, the US fintech behind the USDb stablecoin, on supplying Bitcoin hashrate. ● Lead a 4-person BD team and act as compliance liaison with local regulators on licensing and registration.
