1. Data we collect

Privacy Policy for the ArbiHunter platform available at https://arbihunter.com. It applies to visitors and registered users. Contact the operator about personal data at support@arbihunter.com.

1.1. Registration data: name, email address, telephone number if provided, and sign-in identifiers, including those received from an authentication service you connect.

1.2. Profile data: information from candidates' resumes, including experience, skills and education; company information, vacancies, contact details, applications, messages, uploaded files and support requests.

1.3. Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, cookies and session identifiers, authentication and notification tokens, activity history and security logs.

1.4. Payment data: order details, amount, currency, payment status and subscription information, and, for cryptocurrency payments, transaction identifiers. You provide bank-card details and security codes directly to the payment partner. ArbiHunter does not receive, process or store full bank-card numbers or card security codes. The partner's processing is governed by its privacy policy.

2. Purposes of data processing

2.1. We use data to provide access to the platform and its features, publish information you select, support recruitment, process payments through payment partners, provide support and notifications, improve operation and maintain service security.

3. Disclosure to third parties

3.1. We do not sell personal data for unrelated purposes. Publishing resumes and providing employers with access to contacts within the features you select are part of the service. Recipients must use the information lawfully for recruitment; access does not authorize spam, resale or unrestricted distribution of data.

3.2. Necessary data may be shared with payment partners to process payments and fulfil related legal obligations; with technical contractors providing hosting, storage, communications, authentication, support and analytics, subject to necessary confidentiality measures; and with public authorities where required by law.

3.3. For purchases through Creem, it acts as Merchant of Record, the seller for the payment transaction, and processes data under https://www.creem.io/privacy and https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms. Platega provides payment technology services under the terms published at https://platega.io. PassimPay processes cryptocurrency payments under https://passimpay.io/en/terms and the related privacy policy. Mentioning a provider in this document does not mean it is available for every order; available methods are displayed before payment.

4.1. We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
