User Agreement (Offer)

    1. General provisions

This User Agreement sets out the terms for using ArbiHunter, the platform for finding jobs and employees available at https://arbihunter.com.

1.1. The service provider is the operator of the ArbiHunter platform. A user is an individual using the platform on their own behalf or within their authority to represent an organization. Users must have the necessary legal capacity and authority.

1.2. By registering, users accept this agreement and familiarize themselves with Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. The Refund Policy determines the conditions for repayment. Accepting these documents does not itself constitute consent to optional tracking or a waiver of mandatory consumer rights.

    2. Service description

2.1. ArbiHunter provides candidates with tools to create profiles, publish resumes, search vacancies and apply for jobs. Employers can publish vacancies, search and view resumes, and manage applications and communications.

2.2. Enhanced features are provided through paid subscriptions and other available offers. Free features, plan contents and restrictions are displayed on the platform. The service does not guarantee employment, a particular number of applications or hiring results.

2.3. Separately purchased contact openings can be used within 365 days of purchase. Unused openings expire after that period. Once a contact is opened, access has no time limit; this does not guarantee that the resume or contact details will remain on the platform. Opening allowances included in a subscription follow the terms of the relevant plan.

    3. Registration and account

3.1. Registration is required for personal features and purchases. Users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and ensure that use of the represented company's data is lawful.

3.2. Users are responsible for safeguarding sign-in credentials and for actions by persons they authorize. Do not disclose passwords, sign-in codes or tokens to outsiders. Promptly notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

    4. Payment terms and subscriptions

4.1. Subscription and database-access prices are available without sign-in at Pricing. Purchases take place after authentication.

4.2. The subscription automatically renews for an identical period unless the user disables automatic renewal in account settings at least 24 hours before the current paid period ends.

4.3. The service provider may change prices for future purchases. Changes do not recalculate an already paid period.

4.4. Only payment methods offered for the order are available. For purchases through Creem, it acts as Merchant of Record and contractual reseller; the operator ensures operation and delivery of ArbiHunter. The purchase is subject to https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms, which take precedence for that payment transaction. Creem calculates applicable taxes and issues the payment document. Platega provides payment technology services, and PassimPay processes cryptocurrency payments; they do not become providers of the platform's services. Terms: https://platega.io and https://passimpay.io/en/terms. For cryptocurrency payments, use the exact asset, network, address and amount shown on the payment page.

    5. Refund Policy

5.1. Full conditions are set out in the separate document Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement. As a general rule, an activated subscription and digital services already delivered are not refunded solely due to a change of mind, except under the agreed guarantee and grounds established by law.

5.2. The first paid subscription carries a full-refund guarantee for 14 calendar days from the first payment. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

    6. User obligations

6.1. Unlawful, fraudulent and discriminatory content, infringement of third-party rights, spam, misuse of contact access, and unauthorized data collection and resale are prohibited. Payment functions must not be used for unlawful transactions, sanctions evasion or money laundering.

    7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The platform is provided 'as is' to the extent permitted by law. The service provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for the accuracy of user materials or the outcomes of users' interactions.

7.2. To the extent permitted by law, the service provider’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for subscriptions in the preceding six months. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.

    8. Final provisions

8.1. The service provider may amend this agreement for future use of the service by publishing a new version and notifying users of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights relating to purchases already made.

8.2. Relations concerning use of the platform are governed by the law of the Russian Federation unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law. This does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or access to a competent court. For transactions through Creem, its buyer terms also apply; one provider's terms do not extend to other payment methods.

    9. Service provider contact information

    9.1. Support email: support@arbihunter.com. Website: https://arbihunter.com.
