- Support Head of Legal; lead a team of 6 legal professionals. - Draft, review, and update internal company policies, codes of conduct, and employment-related documentation. - Manage multi-jurisdiction corporate governance and structuring across international entities; ensure compliance with EU/UK/US sanctions and regulatory regimes. - Advise senior leadership on regulatory, commercial, and transaction-related risks in multi-jurisdiction businesses. - Handle pre-litigation claims, contractual disputes, and intellectual property protection matters. - Negotiate and close 150+ complex commercial deals/year (MSA, licensing, cross-border B2B; EU/US/APAC). - Built and maintain a 40+ template library (MSAs, NDAs, licensing) to accelerate the deal cycle. - Designed risk-based compliance framework (KYC onboarding, sanctions screening, counterparty due diligence) supporting international commercial operations. - Develop and deliver internal legal trainings, presentations, and guidance materials for cross-functional teams. - Implement AI-assisted legal workflows and contribute to internal AI-related governance initiatives. - Handle regulatory and law-enforcement inquiries and information requests.
