• Sourced, evaluated, and onboarded new affiliate partners • Managed and reactivated existing affiliates to improve performance and retention • Conducted in-depth affiliate acquisition focused on RS, Hybrid, and Fixed payment models • Worked primarily with Tier-3 (AR,CO,CL,PT,UZ) markets, optimizing traffic quality and volumes • Prepared and maintained weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports • Created internal documentation and shared tracking spreadsheets for team collaboration • Independently analyzed incoming traffic, conversions, and affiliate efficiency • Assisted with onboarding and adaptation of new affiliate team members
