VTB Online in active redesign phase. Worked on rebuilding the design system, UI, and key patterns of the new application — the current VTB Online is built on this foundation.

Sber B2B division. Built the Leggo UI design system from scratch, covering the needs of 20+ internal B2B products. The DS is still actively used by teams today.

Developing and maintaining the native design system (iOS/Android) for the entire VK ecosystem: VKontakte, VK Music, VK Video, VK Dating, VK ID and more — 15+ products. Three designers on the DS team. - Rebuilt the majority of the native DS: 40+ components, guidelines, unified UX/UI patterns - Maintain changelogs and sync with mobile engineering on support and system evolution - Conduct design reviews and component reviews — in Figma and in code - Own icons, illustrations, and animation guidelines - Run design interviews and participate in hiring

Design lead for VK ID — the single sign-on solution for the entire VK ecosystem. - Rebuilt all auth, registration, and account-recovery flows into one unified structure. Made Figma the single source of truth for the team (PMs, QA, dev) — resolved 90% of recurring questions and became the key onboarding artefact - Contributed to saving ~₽25M/month on paid verification methods (projected ₽380M/year annual savings) - Received People Award VK personally as the best product designer for this initiative - Led design in a team of 10: task-setting, reviews, onboarding, and growth - Also led monetisation for VK ID dashboard
