Professional Experience
I am an entrepreneur and performance marketing specialist with more than 15 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, sales, business management and traffic analytics.
From 2008 to 2020, I owned and managed an online fashion retail company. During this period, I built the business from the ground up and developed a team of more than 60 employees. I was responsible for the overall business performance, including marketing, customer acquisition, sales, operations, financial planning and profitability.
A significant part of my experience was related to paid traffic and performance marketing. The annual budget for contextual advertising reached approximately RUB 30 million. This gave me extensive practical experience in evaluating advertising efficiency not only by clicks or leads, but by the complete business funnel: traffic → conversion → sale → margin → profit.
I am comfortable working with numbers and performance indicators and have a strong understanding of marketing funnels, unit economics and customer acquisition. I naturally approach advertising from a business perspective and try to understand where exactly value is created or lost at each stage of the funnel.
I also have experience selling products through Amazon in the European market, which gave me additional exposure to international e-commerce, European customers and cross-border online sales.
Media Buying / Performance Marketing Experience
Over the past period, I have been developing practical experience as a Media Buyer, primarily working with Facebook/Meta Ads and Nutra offers.
I have experience launching and optimizing advertising campaigns, testing creatives and advertising hypotheses, working with Facebook Pixel, Instant Forms and Keitaro tracker, and analyzing campaign performance.
I understand the main performance marketing metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and ROI, and can analyze the funnel to identify where performance is deteriorating.
My approach is to analyze the campaign step by step:
Ad creative → CTR/CPC → landing page or VSL → conversion rate → CPL/CPA → lead quality → approval rate → sale → ROI/ROAS.
I understand that a low CPL does not necessarily mean a profitable campaign. The final result depends on the quality of the leads, approval rate, sales conversion and the economics of the offer.
Practical Nutra Campaigns
I have practical experience testing Nutra offers in several GEOs, including Greece and Mexico.
Mexico — Diabetes Nutra
One of the campaigns generated approximately:
$500+ ad spend
169 leads
around 2,800 clicks
average CPL around $3
several ad sets achieved CPL in the range of approximately $2.60–$2.90
I also tested additional creatives where the CTR was approximately 6.3–7.5%. In one test, around $79 was spent and more than 1,300 clicks were generated, but no leads were received. This was a useful example of analyzing the difference between a strong advertising CTR and actual funnel conversion.
Greece — Joint Pain Nutra
I also tested a Nutra offer for joint pain in Greece.
During one testing period, the campaigns generated approximately:
$300+ ad spend
around 79 leads
CPL in the range of approximately $3.8–$5.3 depending on the ad set
I also tested a VSL-based funnel. The campaign generated a significant number of clicks, but the conversion to leads was insufficient. This allowed me to analyze the problem beyond the advertising level and look at the next stage of the funnel.
In another test, approximately $500 was spent, generating 979 clicks, 65 leads and 12 confirmed orders. The main issue in this campaign was the low approval rate.
I consider these campaigns practical testing experience rather than large-scale successful cases. I have not yet independently managed $10,000+ monthly media budgets, and I prefer to be transparent about that. However, I have hands-on experience with the full advertising process and understand how to read campaign data, identify bottlenecks and formulate hypotheses for optimization.

Business & Management Skills
My previous experience as an entrepreneur gives me a broader perspective than pure media buying. I understand how advertising results translate into actual business revenue and profitability.
I have experience:
managing teams of 60+ employees;
planning and controlling significant marketing budgets;
analyzing sales and financial performance;
building and improving business processes;
working with KPIs;
managing customer acquisition funnels;
making data-driven decisions;
coordinating marketing, sales and operational teams.
I am particularly interested in performance marketing because it combines three areas I enjoy: marketing, numbers and structured processes.
Current Career Objective
I am now looking to develop further as a professional Media Buyer and work within a strong performance marketing or affiliate team.
My goal is to gain more experience with larger budgets, more GEOs and different verticals while progressively taking responsibility for campaign strategy, testing, optimization and scaling.
I am comfortable starting from a position where I can learn the team's processes, work under the guidance of an experienced buyer or team lead, and gradually take responsibility for larger volumes.
I am analytical, disciplined, responsible and highly motivated to develop in performance marketing. My strongest advantages are my business background, understanding of economics and funnels, ability to work with numbers, and willingness to continuously test, analyze and improve.
