Junior Responsable RH

People and team management professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and adaptation across different areas, from Digital/QA to operational and frontline roles. In management positions, I have independently participated in the recruitment process: identifying staffing needs, defining candidate requirements, conducting phone and online interviews, as well as technical interviews for QA specialists. I have managed 2–3 vacancies simultaneously, with an average time-to-hire of around one month. I have experience managing teams of 4–15 employees, developing onboarding plans, supporting new employees throughout their adaptation period, and collaborating with managers to build and develop teams. I am looking to further develop my career in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, with a particular interest in recruiting professionals for Digital teams.
