Position Overview

We are looking for a Telegram Media Buyer & Growth Manager with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid traffic, and Telegram ecosystem growth. The ideal candidate knows how to acquire high-quality (non-fake) users, build scalable acquisition funnels, and manage Telegram communities effectively. You will be responsible for launching, scaling, and optimising user acquisition campaigns, as well as building and managing Telegram channels, bots, and engagement strategies within the iGaming vertical.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns to acquire Telegram users;

• Drive high-quality, relevant traffic (no fake or incentivised users);

• Build and optimise funnels for user acquisition and retention;

• Work with different traffic sources (Push, Pop, Native, DSPs, etc.);

• Develop, launch, and manage Telegram bots and automation flows;

• Manage and grow Telegram channels and groups;

• Create and oversee content strategy (posts, tips, engagement mechanics);

• Moderate communities and maintain active user engagement;

• Track, analyse, and optimise performance using tracking tools;

• Monitor KPIs such as ROI, CPA, retention, and LTV;

• Test new creatives, funnels, and traffic sources;

• Identify scalable opportunities and grow successful campaigns;

• Collaborate with internal team and partners to improve performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry;

• English B2-С1;

• Proven experience in Telegram Media Buying / Traffic Acquisition;

• Strong understanding of Telegram ecosystem, bots, and automation;

• Experience in building funnels and user journeys;

• Ability to bring real, high-quality traffic (no fake audience);

• Hands-on experience with tracking tools (Voluum or similar);

• Strong analytical and optimisation skills;

• Experience with Push / Pop / DSP traffic sources is a plus;

• Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented;

• Ability to work without supervision — no training will be provided.
