VIP Manager

Rocks Partners is seeking a VIP Manager with proven experience in Tier-1 markets to engage with high-value players in an international environment. The role involves managing and retaining key clients, personalized reactivation, overseeing bonus campaigns, analyzing performance metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, retention), and developing crisis management strategies. A deep understanding of player behavior, market trends, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
◉ Support and retain key clients with high gaming turnover;
◉ Reactivate VIP players through personalized offers;
◉ Manage bonus campaigns and special promotions;
◉ Analyze key metrics: GGR, NGR, retention, LTV;
◉ Identify churn drivers and develop strategies to reduce attrition;
◉ Demonstrate strong knowledge of player psychology and market trends;
◉ Conduct negotiations and resolve conflict situations.

Requirements:
◉ Fluent English (B2 level or above);
◉ At least 2 years of relevant experience within a large organization;
◉ Minimum 1 year of proven work in Tier-1 markets;
◉ Strong expertise in sales, analytics, and client relationship management;
◉ Adaptable, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Conditions:
