Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background to join our fast-growing AI product company. You will work on a modern AI-driven platform, collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams, and help turn complex business needs into scalable product solutions.

This role is ideal for a proactive analyst who has worked in product companies (B2B or B2C), understands technology deeply, and is excited about building real AI-powered products.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of CRM systems, experience working with them and participating in CRM implementation

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with product requirements: gathering inputs from customers and potential clients, analysing needs, prioritising features, and translating them into clear tasks for the development team

• Experience writing structured documentation, including user stories and use cases

• Confident work with UML and BPMN diagrams

• Understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and AI-based products

• Experience participating in product demos and customer discovery sessions is a strong advantage

• Fluent English (B2 or higher) for daily communication and documentation
