Senior Game Manager (Account Manager)

Rocks Partners seeks a strategic Game Manager to lead game provider partnerships. You will own the full cycle: from integration and commercial negotiations to performance analysis and joint campaigns, building a top-tier portfolio and maximizing revenue. We seek a proactive partner with 3+ years of iGaming experience, proven negotiation skills, a data driven mindset, English B1+, and direct experience with Tier-1 markets.

Responsibilities:
- Establish systematic workflows with game providers;
- Oversee integrations with gaming providers and look for new ones;
- Conduct strategic meetings with providers to secure the best conditions and exclusive deals;
- Lead contract negotiations and discount agreements with game providers;
- Secure exclusive tournaments, game placements, and promotional opportunities;
- Manage the launch of new games and ensure optimal positioning;
- Oversee promo planning, lobby optimization, and strategic campaign execution;
- Generate and analyze key gaming metrics to enhance revenue and player engagement;
- Monitor provider discounts and promo activities to maximize profitability;
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Retention teams to drive player engagement.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role as Game Manager, Account Manager or Casino Product Manager within iGaming;
- Proven experience in communicating and negotiating with game providers;
- Proven experience working with Tier-1market;
- Understanding of key iGaming metrics and the commercial aspects of game provider partnerships;
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills;
- English level B1+ (required for communication with international partners).
