Currently Managing Director at a real estate agency, running both sales operations and the company's tech/automation stack. Self-taught developer: built and run a production AI sales agent (Node.js, PostgreSQL, Claude API) that handles lead qualification and client communication on WhatsApp/Telegram. Fluent in Russian and English (C1). Looking for a remote Sales Manager / Business Development role where I can combine direct sales with automation and AI tooling.
