Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to take ownership of our online communities across Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Facebook. You will be the primary point of contact for our users in English, Russian, and Ukrainian moderating discussions, delivering basic support, creating educational content, and channeling community insights to our product, support, finance, and performance marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
– Actively engage with community members in English, Russian, and Ukrainian across Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Facebook
– Handle basic user support, promptly escalating technical issues and complex cases to the Customer Support and Finance team
– Moderate chats and discussions, maintaining a friendly and respectful atmosphere while preventing spam and rule violations
– Manage community bots for member engagement, coordinating with bot support on technical issues
– Create and publish useful content in English, Russian, and Ukrainian: platform news, educational materials, market overviews, announcements of promo activities, and others
– Organize online activities to drive community engagement
– Collect and systematize user feedback, passing it on to relevant teams
– Monitor community sentiment and provide regular reports
Requirements
Essential
– 4+ years of experience as a Community Manager, Support Manager, or in a similar role
– Demonstrated experience in fintech, trading, iGaming, video gaming, crypto, or blockchain
– Native speaker of at least one of the following: English, Russian, or Ukrainian. Remaining languages at C1 level, confirmed by a recognized certificate or a higher education degree received in that language
– Strong communication skills across all 3 languages
– Confident use of Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Facebook
– Demonstrated experience with community bot management and basic troubleshooting
– Basic understanding of trading and willingness to work with a high-risk product
– Confident understanding of cultural nuances and the regulatory environment in Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia, or CIS markets
– Experience working in shift-based or 24/7 schedule environments
– Ability to work under uncertainty, stress resilience, and accountability
– Basic data analysis skills, including tracking and reporting on community metrics
Advantageous
– Online streaming or live hosting skills in one of the required languages
– Experience creating educational or onboarding content (copy, simple visuals)
– Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Asian Studies, or International Relations
