    I'm an AI and automation lead who turns manual business processes into LLM-powered products and measures the result in revenue. As Head of AI Integration at Natural Links I build LLM agents, RAG systems and automations end to end, from the problem to production, and own their ROI: process productivity up 15–37% and +22% to company revenue. I work hands-on with Claude, GPT and open-source models, fine-tune where it helps, and ship real tools in Python and Next.js, not slide decks. Before AI I spent a decade in fintech across 10+ countries (payments, treasury, banking), so I keep the business and unit-economics sense behind every build.     Owned banking and payment-systems infrastructure across 10+ countries: opened and managed accounts with banks and payment systems (Wise, Revolut, Paysera, Payoneer) and chose providers per jurisdiction. Ran treasury and financial controls — payment control, reconciliation, turnover reporting — and negotiated terms with banking and payment partners. Launched and scaled a crypto operations line, increasing net profit by 13%.
