Internal path: Financial Coordinator → System Analyst → Head of Analytics & Automation → Head of IT. Led the internal IT function through three team leads (development, data engineering, system administration); teams of 25. Operations, Finance & Analytics - Built the company's financial & management framework: 50+ accounts, 10+ banks, several currencies and crypto wallets, P&L, cash flow, expenses, payroll, KPIs and bonuses. - Automated ad-account top-ups, commission calculations, currency conversions, financial reconciliations, internal settlements and deal economics. - Worked with operational and financial data across ~50 media buyers, 15+ ad sources and thousands of ad accounts. - Developed management, financial, marketing and product analytics for leadership decisions; designed and oversaw employee KPI and bonus calculations. Internal Systems & Automation - Initiated and scaled an in-house CRM/ERP that replaced a legacy system and dozens of Google Sheets. - Modeled the business logic of clients, offers, ad accounts, balances, commissions, spend, requests, currency conversions and mutual settlements. - The platform served 300+ clients, 5,000+ ad accounts, 70+ internal users and 4–5k financial/ operational actions per month. - Ran the migration of calculation logic, data reconciliation and the shift from manual processes to a centralized system. - Directed 10+ Telegram bots and integrations with banking, blockchain and ad-platform APIs — automating data collection, notifications, financial operations, request handling and recurring reporting. IT & Teams - Led the internal IT function through leads for development, data engineering and system administration. - Coordinated multiple parallel initiatives: task-setting, priorities, deadlines, dependencies, risks, testing and launch. - Owned Google Workspace (~300 staff), Apple Business Manager & Kandji (150+ devices), corporate accounts, SaaS, access and internal IT support. - Systematized access provisioning/revocation, IT onboarding/offboarding, corporate devices, work Telegram accounts, SIM cards and critical services. - Took part in hiring (100+ interviews), onboarding of new team members and role design; worked with internal stakeholders, contractors, department heads and business owners. AI & Internal Products - Initiated Corebase — an internal knowledge base & task tracker with AI search, RAG, chat-over-your-data, information structuring and request automation. - Introduced Claude Code into development; per team and business estimates, standalone modules shipped in ~1 week instead of 1–2 months. - Integrated OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini for data/document analysis and internal-process automation. - Helped build an AI service for adapting playable HTML creatives — swapping assets, images, links, sounds and elements through a visual interface. Payments & Fintech - Designed crypto-acquiring with one-time wallets and AML checks on incoming transactions. - Oversaw development of a licensed crypto-exchange platform: registration, KYC/AML, contracts, balance top-ups, exchange requests and client–manager interaction. - Contributed to multi-currency settlement, crypto-payment and blockchain-integration solutions. - In parallel, drove the stabilization and release of the non-custodial TRON/USDT wallet VAULT.
