As Head of AI Integration at Natural Links I build LLM agents, RAG systems and automations end to end, from the problem to production, and own their ROI: process productivity up 15–37% and +22% to company revenue. I work hands-on with Claude, GPT and open-source models, fine-tune where it helps, and ship real tools in Python and Next.js, not slide decks. Before AI I spent a decade in fintech across 10+ countries (payments, treasury, banking), so I keep the business and unit-economics sense behind every build.
