💰 Compensation: $1300–2000 (depending on experience and interview results)
📍 Work format: Remote
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00–19:00 (GMT+3)
🌍 English: B1+ (required)
👤 Experience: 1–3 years in full-cycle recruitment

About the Position

We’re looking for a Recruiter who enjoys building teams, working with international markets, and taking ownership of the hiring process.

In this role, you will manage recruitment from intake to onboarding while working with both Tech and Digital Marketing directions.

Hiring Scope

Tech:
• Frontend / Backend Developers
• DevOps & System Administrators
• QA Engineers
• UI/UX & Motion Designers

Digital Marketing:
• Media Buyers & Affiliate Managers
• SEO / PPC Specialists
• SMM Managers & Content Creators

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and vacancy requirements
• Build sourcing strategies and attract candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, DOU, Djinni, job boards, and alternative channels
• Conduct candidate screening and manage interview processes
• Coordinate offers and support candidates through onboarding
• Maintain ATS/CRM systems and recruitment analytics

What We Expect

• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience hiring either IT or Digital Marketing professionals
• Confident sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search)
• English level B1+ (written communication and reading)
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools will be an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
