• Tested end-to-end B2C marketplace flows across web, mobile, REST APIs, database, admin tools, and analytics layers, covering search, PDP, cart, checkout, payments, orders, delivery, returns, catalog, and promotions. • Performed API and data validation with Postman, Python, SQL, logs, and internal reports, covering auth, request/response contracts, payload structure, status codes, negative scenarios, edge cases, and UI/API/DB consistency. • Executed smoke, regression, exploratory, and UAT release testing with risk-based coverage for customer-facing and back-office workflows. • Validated product analytics instrumentation, including event schemas, payload fields, funnel logic, duplicated/missing events, and dashboard metric accuracy. • Created technical defect reports with reproducible steps, API payloads, SQL evidence, screenshots/logs, severity, user impact, and root-cause hypothesis. • Collaborated with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Support, and QA teams to assess release risks, prioritize defects, and improve quality coverage.
