    Field maintenance of telecom networks. Built an internal AI tool on my own initiative. Built FieldDesk AI, a Telegram bot that automates crew reporting: a technician describes a finished job in plain text, and GPT-4o-mini extracts the structured record - address, fault, work performed, materials, completion act - and answers analytical queries over everything logged. Designed the database schema for analytics: normalised structure with reference tables, indexes for date and fault-type queries. Built for failure: async processing, retries when the external API fails, uncertain results routed to a human instead of the database. Used daily by a crew of 5-6 technicians, ~50 work orders a day. Sole developer - architecture, development, deployment, support. Tech: Python, aiogram 3, OpenAI API, PostgreSQL, asyncpg, Docker, Railway
