HR-Generalist

I'm a 22-year-old professional based in Novosibirsk, Russia, with a background in intercultural communication and international relations. I hold a bachelor's degree in Intercultural Communication from Novosibirsk State University (Faculty of Foreign Languages) and am currently pursuing a master's degree in International Relations at RANEPA. I speak English at C1 level, confirmed by a university certificate, and have used it at international university events and while travelling in Europe. My German is around A2+/B1: I understand speech and text and can speak with some support from a dictionary. For over two years I've worked seasonally at Yandex Go as a senior driver-logistician, a junior management role. I lead shifts of drivers and foot scouts, assigning tasks, monitoring quality and deadlines, resolving disputes and giving feedback, while also doing the same operational work myself. Earlier, I spent about three months as a waiter in a restaurant, handling guest orders, complaints and service standards. My core strengths are customer service, conflict resolution, small-team management, composure under stress, attention to detail, and compliance with regulations and safety standards. I'm communicative, empathetic, responsible and independent, and I'm always looking to improve. Outside work, I've practiced martial arts since age 9 and train regularly. I also volunteered at NSU's international weeks, helping foreign participants with registration and support. I'm flexible and open to shift schedules, business travel and relocation. I hold a Russian passport and a biometric international passport, and I have category B, B1 and M driving licences with about five years of experience.
