Led a QA practice of 46 employees (including 21 full-time): managed priorities, quality, competency development, and team workload. Integrated QA into the company's strategy for transitioning to an AI-native approach: testing became part of an end-to-end AI development process. Introduced a set of AI skills for testers in the following areas: requirements analysis, test case creation/updating, defect reporting, coverage analysis, test data preparation, and writing complex SQL queries. Process integration was carried out using TestIT and Kaiten. Improved automation efficiency: updated the framework stack, removed redundant solutions, and organized the migration of automated tests from BDD projects to NUnit using AI. The team synchronized and parallelized test runs, enhanced Allure, and implemented unified reporting from multiple machines. Achieved productivity growth in the automation direction: 5x increase in the pace of writing automated tests and 2x increase in the number of runs. Standardized QA processes: introduced unified task estimation rules and functional acceptance criteria, which helped reduce the number of production incidents to the target level. Participated in reducing TTM: the team achieved target Discovery metrics — 2 weeks, Delivery — 2 weeks. Conducted employee evaluations and formed a resource plan; prepared an Individual Development Plan (IDP) for each employee with goals and a development track.

Continued the development of the QA function at Home Credit & Finance Bank during a period of organizational change. Directly managed a department of 28 employees. Participated in the creation of an IT company and the relocation of the team to Skolkovo: conducted an audit of testing processes, confirmed and formalized regulations, and ensured the department's employees transitioned to the target operating mode. Supported the team's transition during integration with Sovcombank: retained 2/3 of the key team (excluding the outsourcing direction). On the "Rocket" (Ordering) project from start to production release: organized testing across 3 streams / 11 directions, established the task setup for backend regression automation with prioritization by risks and criticality, which ensured the product launch within tight deadlines. Performed the functions of Release Manager: assessed release scope, planned release process optimization (accelerated the release preparation cycle with a significant reduction in TTM), formed release contours (functional, regression, load testing), managed versions, and prioritized tasks. Performed the functions of Problem Manager: analyzed production defects, implemented measures to eliminate root causes, reduced incident recurrence, and improved release stability and predictability. Performed the functions of Scrum Master (partially): conducted retrospectives, facilitated demos, and participated in planning and analyzing the fulfillment of team commitments.
