- Own day-to-day CRM operations in Kommo: lead flow, sales-funnel structure, and pipeline data quality for the sales team - Run rule-based QA audits across the full deal lifecycle (call intervals, call counts, rescheduling, task compliance) and resolve violations - Built and maintain a violation-scoring framework for sales managers, calculating totals by manager and category with documented rationale for every case - Prioritize and de-duplicate leads across product lines so the correct priority lead is actioned and duplicates are closed - Segment the customer base and support automated, lifecycle-based scenarios to strengthen retention - Maintain performance dashboards and reports for management; took on additional leadership responsibilities beyond core CRM duties
