За последние проекты построил NDA-safe leadgen/outbound infrastructure для iGaming и B2B: 50 email inboxes, 10 Telegram accounts, 5 LinkedIn profiles, enrichment/QA/scoring pipeline и автоматический routing ответов. Построил production support automation на Python/FastAPI, SQLite и systemd: Respond.io, FreeScout, Google Sheets, Telegram, WhatsApp, web chat и telephony integrations.
Настроил AI agents и routing по ролям, темам и типам обращений с fallback/recovery и handoff в живую поддержку. Добавил gating/precheck, снизив daily new contacts примерно с 350 до 70-85 в cost-control кейсе.
Запустил reporting layer для CEO / Head of Support: source/channel/mailbox/agent attribution, SLA, response time, first reply и динамика тем на десятках тысяч диалогов.
Собрал activation outbound по базе 200k+ contacts: segmentation, scoring, suppression, send limits, AI-drafted variants, quality gates, reply/bounce polling и Telegram alerts. Paid users и API senders выросли на 36%.
Отвечал за production reliability: healthchecks, cooldown alerts, SQLite backups, incident response и webhook recoverys.

Построил с нуля server-side leadgen и outbound engine для iGaming: ICP sourcing, exact-person enrichment, deduplication, QA gates, scoring, CRM sync, multi-channel outreach и sales handoff.
Развернул production-контур на 50 email inboxes, 10 Telegram accounts и 5 LinkedIn profiles; настроил deliverability-safe лимиты, rotation, warmup, reply monitoring и стабильные трёхзначные суточные отправки без SMTP rejects.
Разработал AI/agent workflows для reply classification, follow-up logic и routing: OpenAI/Claude API, MCP, Node.js, Python/FastAPI, n8n, Playwright, IMAP/SMTP, Google Sheets и CRM API.
Собрал monitoring и recovery: healthchecks, alerts, retries, idempotency, deduplication, structured logs и human-in-the-loop для критических действий.
Запустил CRM-first прототип private iGaming deal room / marketplace с Offer ID, карточками сделок, qualification flow и routing интереса обратно в CRM.
