I have experience in operations and payment support. I worked with P2P transfers and crypto. I know how to issue requisites, control incoming and outgoing payments, and escalate incidents fast. I use Google Sheets and Excel every day - tables, registers, reports. I have experience with Bitrix24, Chat2Desk, YouGile, and Superset dashboards. I am careful with details and always follow checklists and rules. I work well under pressure and in a fast tempo. I am ready for shift schedule and full remote. My time zone is flexible - I can work in Moscow or Almaty hours.
