At NextTrade Solutions, I worked as a Junior Sales Assistant. I supported the sales process by communicating with clients, handling incoming inquiries, and providing initial consultations. I also maintained a basic client database in Microsoft Excel, assisted with processing orders, and tracked the status of deals. In addition, I prepared simple sales reports. During this experience, I improved my communication efficiency, helped organize and structure client data for easier workflow, and gained practical experience in managing parts of the sales process independently.
