Middle HR Manager

As a Senior Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry, I was responsible for developing, managing, and scaling high-performing affiliate partnerships across multiple GEOs. I sourced and onboarded new affiliates, negotiated CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare deals, and optimized traffic performance to maximize ROI and player LTV. I monitored KPIs including FTDs, deposits, retention rates, and revenue performance while ensuring fraud prevention and traffic quality control. I worked closely with media buyers, CRM, product, and payments teams to improve funnel conversion and player monetization. Additionally, I managed affiliate payouts, resolved disputes, and ensured timely reporting and transparent communication. I analyzed market trends, competitor strategies, and affiliate activities to identify growth opportunities. My role also involved attending industry events, building long-term strategic partnerships, and mentoring junior affiliate managers to improve team performance and revenue targets.
