Customer Communication & Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide real-time updates on shipment status, delivery times, and delays.
Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Order Tracking & Management
Monitor and track shipments from origin to delivery.
Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Update customers proactively about any disruptions or changes.
Documentation & Data Entry
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipments, and resolutions.
Prepare reports, waybills, and other logistics documents as needed.
Ensure all customer data is up to date in CRM or tracking systems.
Issue Resolution
Handle lost, delayed, or damaged shipment claims.
Investigate and resolve delivery issues or complaints.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
Cross-Team Coordination
Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics partners.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer expectations.
Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Customer Satisfaction
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after issue resolution.
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to the logistics process.
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude to build customer trust.

2. Developing affiliate programs: Creating and optimizing affiliate programs to drive sales, revenue, and brand awareness.
3. Providing support and training: Offering guidance, resources, and training to affiliates to help them succeed.
4. Tracking and analyzing performance: Monitoring affiliate performance, tracking sales, and analyzing data to optimize program effectiveness.
5. Communicating with affiliates: Regularly updating affiliates on program changes, promotions, and best practices.
6. Optimizing program ROI: Ensuring the affiliate program is profitable and making adjustments to maximize return on investment.
7. Building partnerships: Collaborating with affiliates, brands, and other stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
