🎯 Goal: Deliver high-ROI traffic through partners network.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📌 Partner Network
– Find & onboard new partners (CPA, spend-based, flat-fee)
– Launch PR & ad campaigns to attract partners
📌 Traffic Sources
– Explore & test new channels: FB, ASO, Push, Pop, Native and so on
– Run test campaigns & analyze performance
📌 Offer Management
– Create and update offers (pricing, caps, limits, KPIs, rules)
– Provide partners with creatives, feeds, and guidelines
📌 Analytics & Traffic Quality
– Evaluate traffic: Click2ist, Reg2Dep, FTD, ROI, LTV, ARPU
– Build requirements for predictive analytics system
– Weekly/Daily/Monthly monitoring & deviation tracking
📌 Finance
– Run reconciliations and initiate payouts
– Resolve disputes with partners
📌 Industry Presence
– Attend and represent at expos and events
– Strengthen the brand within the affiliate industry
📌 Team Management
– Build and lead CPA buying team
– Set KPIs, mentor, and grow team members
🔹 Requirements:
– 3+ years in affiliate or traffic arbitrage
– Strong knowledge of CPA / RevShare / CPI models
– Negotiation and traffic analysis skills
– Experience at industry expos (Sigma, iGB, AWC)
- Blackhead / arbitrage experience will be big plus
