Connecting Shippers with Carriers: The fundamental role of a freight broker is to match
customers with carriers that can transport their goods. Constant seeking new partners,
supporting existing ones, negotiating the rates with both sides, and exploring approaches to
increase revenue & volumes with them. We develop and maintain a network of customers &
reliable carriers, creating long-term partnerships from day one. I managed a network of over
200 customer companies and transported over 5000 loads, generating over $1,000,000 in
profit over 5 years. Responding quickly to client inquiries and engage them in meaningful

client needs and make sure to meet those needs.

Resolving Issues: In case of unexpected situations: delays, damages, or other issues with
shipments, freight brokers work to solve the problems quickly and efficiently, minimizing
disruptions to the supply chain.
I am super stress-resilient and can work large volumes of information without losing the details in
a super multi-tasking environment, I think that is one of my greatest qualities, I faced a lot of
problems at the same time but always remained calm and professional.
Managing Transportation, Documentation and Reporting: Brokers coordinate the logistics of
transporting goods, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, managing documentation,
arranging for storage or warehousing if needed, tracking shipments to ensure timely and
efficient delivery, communicating with everybody involved, and making sure we meet
regulatory compliance.
