I work at the intersection of human dynamics and AI-assisted
workflows — helping teams move from confusion to clarity, and from
discussion to action.
My core expertise is facilitating group processes: navigating
complexity, reducing friction, and turning conversations into
decisions.
What makes my approach different: I combine deep facilitation
practice with hands-on AI implementation. I work with Claude
and ChatGPT — building custom assistants, writing prompts, and
designing AI-powered workflows for real work contexts. I’ve built my
own system and know how to do it for others.
Previously ran a full-cycle business for 13+ years. I understand how
organisations actually work — not just in theory.
