Support Manager

We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team.

This is a junior-level position with a clear opportunity for career growth into BizDev or Junior Affiliate Manager within 3–5 months, depending on your performance and potential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and partners

• Handle incoming requests and provide timely support

• Work with internal systems and CRM

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks

• Build strong communication and relationship management skills

• Gradually develop sales and business development skills

Requirements

• Confident PC user

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Previous sales experience — any industry

• Proactive and responsible approach to work

• Fast learner with a strong desire to develop

• Interest in sales, BizDev, and affiliate marketing

Will be a plus

• Experience with CRM systems

• Basic knowledge of video or graphic editing tools

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-powered image/animation generators

• Previous experience in Support, Sales, BizDev, or Affiliate Marketing
