Run sales and rental operations for a real estate agency in Pattaya, Thailand, managing a team of brokers across property sales and rentals for Russian-speaking clients. Built and maintain the company's internal tech stack, including an AI-powered lead qualification agent (Node.js, PostgreSQL, Claude API) connected to WhatsApp and Telegram that automates first-touch client communication and routes leads to brokers.
