NPS: responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty and NPS at 9 and 10. Reporting 1. Contract Portfolio: a systematic approach to contract portfolio management - agency groups, deals and terms, direct clients and talent agencies. Knowledge, document retention, control of activation and closing documents. 2. Reporting and Presenting Results: preparing reports on campaign results, presenting data and analytics for product improvements. 3. Finance: maintaining the finance department, updating campaign roster. Accounts receivable control. Team 1. Team Development: building, managing and mentoring a professional team, providing tools, skills and motivation to achieve goals.
