Negotiating commission structures, deal types, and partnership terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid). Recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliates, influencers, and media partners. Monitoring and analyzing affiliate traffic, conversions, and ROI from gaming-related campaigns. Managing and updating the affiliate database and CRM systems. Researching and attracting new affiliates to expand the company’s partner network. Coordinating with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging, creatives, and promotions. Tracking key performance metrics such as FTDs, player retention, and average revenue per user (ARPU). Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports and identifying growth opportunities. Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, campaign terms, and responsible marketing standards. Managing affiliate payouts, bonuses, and incentive programs. Conducting competitive research to identify trends, top-performing affiliates, and new traffic sources. Collaborating with regional managers to target Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets (e.g., Nigeria, Ghana, LATAM, Eastern Europe). Implementing creative strategies to increase engagement, conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV) of players. Handling conflict resolution and maintaining transparent, positive relationships with partners. Attending industry conferences and networking events to build partnerships and represent the brand.
