Focal Point for all Contracts and Commercial Management operations for one of the main Drilling Operations Company in Kazakhstan, operating Rigs at Kashagan with NCOC, Karachaganak with KPO B.V. Conducting and selectively organizing internal activities during the proposal preparation process in support of the Eastern Hemisphere's objectives and business development activities. • Additionally, responsible for maintaining full compliance within the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS) processes while delivering proposal documents and contracts administration. • Focal Point for all commercial and contracts management issues, deliver timely expertise on all aspects of both internal and external agreements. • Coordinate proposal preparation by timely distributing documentation to internal stakeholders and SME's for comments, work with CCM to evaluate comments for completeness, and compile all information for Tender Submission.

Supervised Contracts Management team of Logistics Contracts, supporting Production Operations Business Holders with all aspects of Contract Administration. • Coordinated process of yearly/monthly Budget Forecasts for each Business Units in compliance with ShaCom/ManCom targets. Raised and asserted revisions to ShaCom/ManCom Boards in case of scope increase/decrease; Contracts portfolio included Services, Maintenance, Logistics, Manpower and EPC type of Contracts with value more than 1.5 bln USD; • Initiated and coordinated new additional contract procedures due to force majeure terms, e.g. COVID expenses or 60k allowance: calculating commercial forecasts and cost estimation for each of 350 operating contracts (over 400K MPP) within 1 month; Monitoring issue of notices of suspension/cancellation/termination; compliance with liquidated damages/penalties, timely reporting of non- compliances and addressing them to responsible units Proactively analyze contracting trends, identify key issues and risks to ensure timely claims prevention, propose course of actions to Contract Holder and respective SMEs

Administrated all KPC Gas Debottlenecking Project (KGDBN) main materials contracts with values more than 350 mln USD; Supported contract owners in preparation of scope of work, internal estimates, technical questionnaires, schedule of rates and assist in preparation of Tender Bulletin & Tender Qualifications during the tendering period; • Organized Kick-Off meeting for new awarded contracts, raise associated MoM and call off notice within contract effectivity period; • Facilitated progress meetings with monitoring reports involving HSE, Planning, Construction, and Contracts Team. • Identified materials and resources across the field for optimization with minimal impact on production activities. • Drafted and submitted CBS for Board review regarding Variation Orders, Amendments, and early terminations.

• Prepared Contracts Requisitions, Contract Board Submissions, tender packages, evaluation for Operations Technical Business Units with value of 100 mln USD; • Initiated monthly verification of Salary Increase Amendment payments, including MPP check, financial statements, bank transfers and timesheets. • Raised Contract Requisition Forms and monitor Requisition approval process, assist Contract Holder in drafting CBS in a timely and complete manner and help to represent them at respective Contracts Board; • Raised Vendor Pre-qualification requests and submission of Vendor feedback reports to Business. • Review and verify Contractor's invoices on their compliance with contract requirements, prepare Cost Estimation for Budget group with respective Cost Center line items; • Prepared Monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD) numbers to enable accurate assessment of accruals Recognized by NCOC N.V. Logistics GM for contribution into promotion of company vision in delivering excellent business results (Mini Tender procedure for Bolashak Brownfield Engineering and Construction scope)
