CRM Manager (iGaming / Retention)
About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive player engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for segmentation, campaign management, and continuous optimization of CRM performance.
Responsibilities
Implement and develop RFM segmentation.
Build and manage CRM content plans by segments.
Manage communication channels (Email / Push / Onsite).
Work with casino content (slots, providers, tournaments)
Personalize offers and player journeys.
Launch and optimize reactivation campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance.
Analyze key metrics (deposits, retention, LTV) and improve efficiency.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention.
Experience in iGaming / Casino industry.
Strong understanding of funnels and key metrics.
Experience with segmentation (RFM is a plus).
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
