HR Manager

ArbiHunter is a specialized HR platform in the digital and affiliate marketing space. We are building an ecosystem of high-potential projects, connecting businesses with top talent worldwide to drive масштабирование, growth, and mutual development.

We are looking for a strong HR expert with international experience who will become the public face of the project and help develop a professional HR community in the affiliate and digital industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educational initiatives in HR for the affiliate and digital industries

• Public speaking at international conferences and events

• Hosting online broadcasts, voice chats, interviews, and educational sessions

• Creating expert content (YouTube, podcasts, media)

• Representing the project in the international market

• Consulting professionals and companies on HR processes

• Contributing to the development of HR methodology and educational products at ArbiHunter

Requirements:

• 7–8+ years of experience in international projects (required)

• Fluent English

• Deep understanding of HR processes: recruitment, development, organizational structure, culture, and performance management

• Experience in both strategic HR and hands-on operational work

• Strong public speaking and communication skills

• Willingness to travel internationally

Nice to Have:

• International recognition in the HR field (awards, publications, speaking engagements)

• Media presence/experience

• Experience in IT, digital, affiliate, fintech, or crypto industries

• Experience building HR functions from scratch or scaling companies
