Regional Affiliate Manager Location: Remote (with regional travel) About Upscale Upscale is a Web3 retail prop trading platform built for the new generation of traders. Upscale allows users to access funded trading accounts of up to $400,000 notional value with transparent risk management, no KYC, and seamless Web3 integration. Retail prop firms give everyday traders the opportunity to access large funded accounts in exchange for a small upfront fee. Instead of risking their own capital, traders operate under strict risk management rules and keep a share of their profits (80–95%). The model has exploded in Web2 over the last 3 years, and Upscale is pioneering it in Web3 with unmatched transparency, flexibility, and fairness. What you’ll do As a Growth Manager, you will drive user acquisition, build meaningful partnerships, and expand Upscale’s footprint in your region. You’ll work closely with our leadership and growth team to design and execute strategies that bring more traders into the ecosystem. Your key tasks will include: Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs (YT, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, e.t.c), trading communities, trading schools, and partner platforms/projects. Negotiating partnership terms and ensuring win-win collaborations. Executing campaigns and activations flawlessly, from concept to delivery. Providing clear reports on performance, user growth, and ROI. Iterating and improving based on results and feedback. Participating in weekly growth team meetings and strategy sessions. Representing Upscale at local conferences, meetups, and industry events. Supporting other growth initiatives as required. What we’re looking for Requirements: Solid knowledge of the local Web3 and trading market. Proven track record of bringing users and volume to CEX, Web3 or trading products. English proficiency (B2+). Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to travel and represent Upscale at events. Hands-on trading experience (personal or professional). Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt fast. Important to note This is NOT a media buying job. Paid collaborations should remain below 10% per month and only with Tier-1/2 partners. You will have the ability to offer free or discounted challenges and special conditions to partners as part of collaboration efforts. Benefits Salary (determined after interview based on experience). This is a fixed salary and does not depend on performance results. KPI-based performance bonuses. You will receive a percentage of purchases made by users attracted through your partners.
