Influencer Marketing Manager (Remote) – iGaming (Instagram Focused) We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to scale our presence in the iGaming space through direct partnerships with Instagram creators. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, owning the full influencer lifecycle—from discovery and outreach to performance optimization and long-term creator relationships. You will work directly with influencers (no agencies) and be responsible for driving measurable outcomes such as registrations, first-time deposits (FTDs), and ROI, while maintaining compliance with iGaming regulations and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Influencer Scouting & Qualification: - Identify, research, and shortlist micro to macro Instagram influencers relevant to iGaming audiences. - Evaluate creators based on: -- Audience quality and authenticity -- Engagement rates and content consistency -- GEO alignment with campaign targets -- Prior experience with regulated or performance-based offers - Maintain and continuously refine a pipeline of vetted creators. Direct Outreach & Relationship Management: - Conduct direct outreach to influencers via Instagram DMs and email with clear, compelling collaboration proposals. - Own all communication, follow-ups, and negotiations—no agencies or intermediaries. - Build long-term relationships with high-performing influencers and transition successful tests into recurring collaborations. Negotiation & Deal Structuring: - Negotiate deliverables, posting schedules, usage rights, and commercial terms. - Structure performance-aligned deals - Ensure all deals align with campaign KPIs, budget constraints, and iGaming compliance requirements. Campaign Briefing & Content Guidance: - Create clear, concise campaign briefs outlining: -- Key messaging and positioning -- Mandatory disclaimers and compliance rules -- Do’s and don’ts specific to iGaming promotion - Collaborate with influencers on content angles, hooks, and storytelling that drive registrations and FTDs, not just views. Content Review & Approval: - Review content drafts prior to posting to ensure: -- Brand alignment and factual accuracy -- Compliance with iGaming and Instagram advertising guidelines -Provide clear, actionable feedback and manage revisions to meet deadlines. Performance Tracking & Optimization: - Track influencer performance across key metrics, including: -- Reach and engagement -- Clicks and registrations -- FTDs and cost per acquisition -- ROI and overall campaign efficiency - Prepare simple performance summaries and insights. - Identify winning creators, formats, and angles, and apply learnings to future campaigns. Requirements: - Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships (experience in iGaming, betting, or regulated verticals is a strong plus). - Hands-on experience with direct influencer outreach and negotiation (not agency-led campaigns). - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). - Comfortable working with performance data, tracking links, and basic spreadsheets or dashboards. - Highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously. - Results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on performance, not vanity metrics.
