Currently, we are looking for a powerful Lead of Affiliates (Philippines)—a strategist and leader who will spearhead the conquest of one of the most promising markets. What will you be doing? You will not just be a manager but the architect of our success in the Philippines. Your areas of responsibility will include: - Strategy and Vision: You will build and implement a partner strategy from the ground up and lead it to a dominant position. - Partnership Ecosystem: You will find, attract, and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners. - Dream Team: You will hire, train, and inspire your own team of affiliate managers, becoming a true mentor for them. - Data-Driven Approach: You will constantly analyze channel performance, optimize processes, and make decisions based on data. - Results and Responsibility: You will take full control of the budget and be personally responsible for achieving KPIs—both yours and your team's. We are looking for you if you are: - An Experienced Player: You have experience in the role of Head of Affiliates, Team Lead, Senior Affiliate Manager, or Country Manager in iGaming. - The Philippines Expert: You have already proven, successful experience working in the Philippines market. - An Affiliate Marketing Guru: You have a profound understanding of all the tools and mechanics of affiliate promotion. - A Born Leader: You possess the charisma and experience to lead a team and motivate them to win. - An Excellent Communicator: You are fluent in Russian and confident in English (B2+).
