Middle Affiliate Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: Research and search for new partners across the CIS region Initial contact and negotiations Presentation of the company’s offers Handover of active leads to account managers for further management Maintaining a leads database and recording all communications Weekly reporting on completed work Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing / sales / business development. Proven experience in searching for and attracting partners in the CIS region (especially Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan). Nice to have: background in iGaming / betting / casino. Hard Skills: Confident use of Telegram / VK / Instagram and other local traffic sources. Google Sheets / Excel (maintaining partner databases, reporting, tracking leads and tasks). Knowledge: Research and outreach of affiliates (channels, chats, communities, forums). Basic performance metrics: FTD, CR, ROI. Cold outreach skills and ability to generate partner interest. Understanding of local specifics: where to find traffic and which GEOs are most “hot.” Languages: Local language of the target country — required. Russian — an advantage. Soft Skills: Proactivity and drive (constant search for new contacts). Strong communication skills, ability to establish first contact easily. Persistence (ability to handle rejections and cold leads). Multitasking and adaptability. Fast learner with a hands-on attitude.
