Location: Eastern Europe (remote) Business travel: Paid trips to Jakarta several times per year Short role summary: We are looking for a Head of DevOps to lead cloud infrastructure, SRE operations, automation, and system reliability. Responsibilities: Lead DevOps, SRE, and cloud infrastructure teams Maintain digital banking infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage Develop CI/CD pipelines and scalable developer tooling Improve SLA, handle incidents, and manage MTTR Requirements: 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in DevOps or SRE leadership Experience with GCP or AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Kafka, MySQL, Elasticsearch Deep understanding of DevOps and SRE principles, monitoring, and automation Strong communication and leadership skills
