Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead Affscale through its next phase of global growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in scaling CPA or performance marketing networks, strong business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will drive strategy, operations, and market expansion while building and inspiring a high-performing international team. Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to position Affscale as a global Nutra CPA leader. - Oversee all operational processes and cross-functional teams (affiliate management, marketing, creative, and tech). - Manage P&L, budgets, and key performance metrics to ensure profitability and efficiency. - Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, advertisers, and key partners. - Drive brand expansion, marketing campaigns, and partnerships to strengthen market presence. - Foster a positive, performance-driven company culture focused on innovation and collaboration. - Lead technological and process improvements to enhance affiliate experience and scalability. - Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices across operations. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience managing and scaling performance marketing or CPA networks (Nutra/Health & Wellness industry is a plus). - Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, media buying, and performance metrics. - Strong financial management and analytical skills (experience with P&L and budgeting). - Proven success in international business development and team leadership. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Fluent English (Russian is a plus). - Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
