Head of CPA Marketing

As a Head of CPA Marketing at our company, we expect you to be responsible for: - Partner Network Find & onboard new partners (CPA, spend-based, flat-fee) Launch PR & ad campaigns to attract partners - Traffic Sources Explore & test new channels: FB, ASO, Push, Pop, Native and so on Run test campaigns & analyze performance - Offer Management Create and update offers (pricing, caps, limits, KPIs, rules) Provide partners with creatives, feeds, and guidelines - Analytics & Traffic Quality Evaluate traffic: Click2ist, Reg2Dep, FTD, ROI, LTV, ARPU Build requirements for predictive analytics system Weekly/Daily/Monthly monitoring & deviation tracking - Finance Run reconciliations and initiate payouts Resolve disputes with partners - Industry Presence Attend and represent Brazino777 at expos and events Strengthen the brand within the affiliate industry - Team Management Build and lead CPA buying team Set KPIs, mentor, and grow team members
