Job Title: In-House Team Leader (Forex Sales) – Dubai Office Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site only – not a remote role) Job Type: Full-time Working Days: 5 days per week About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our expanding in-house sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Turkish, with a strong background in Forex and sales team management. This is an on-site role and requires a candidate who is already based in the UAE and holds a valid UAE visa. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales professionals Drive team performance to meet and exceed sales targets Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting Motivate and train team members for continuous improvement Ensure high standards of client engagement and service Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a Forex sales environment Proven experience managing or leading sales teams Fluency in English and Turkish (both are mandatory) Must already hold a valid UAE residence visa Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Compensation Base Salary: AED 4,500 per month Performance-based commission: Up to USD 2,000 monthly (uncapped) Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with Turkish language proficiency are highly preferred Must be currently residing in the UAE Immediate joiners will be prioritized
