Business economics system: one orchestrator + API feeds replaced scattered spreadsheets. Finance saves ~3 h/day; the director reads one picture instead of five tables. Content pipeline: 2 months without a failure, token costs down 30%. How I work: Discovery myself: pitch to the owner, then interviews with every department to find what’s worth automating. Deployed in the client’s environment: their server, Bitrix24 via API, their marketplace accounts. Nothing on my infrastructure. Monthly live demos in RU and EN. Incidents fixed within a day; the alert hits team chat before anyone asks. Talked the client out of an AI-avatar build (unstable, poor ROI) into content automation: cheaper chain, happy client. Marketplace business, $10-30k monthly revenue. Architecture and selected parts demoed live.
