A growing U.S. B2B CPA firm is looking for an experienced CEO to lead daily operations, manage the team, and drive the company’s continued growth.

The company provides comprehensive accounting services to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States and is looking for a strong operational leader who understands the CPA industry and knows how to build efficient processes, manage people, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations
• Manage and develop the team of accounting professionals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Improve operational processes and service delivery
• Support business growth and long-term strategy
• Take ownership of the firm’s performance and operational success

Requirements:

• Active U.S. CPA license (required)
• Proven leadership experience in a small or mid-sized CPA firm
• Experience managing teams and client relationships
• Strong understanding of accounting firm operations
• Hands-on operational and people management experience
• Big Four backgrounds are not the target for this role

Location:

📍 USA (On-site / Hybrid)
The company is flexible on location and will establish an office in the successful candidate’s state.

Compensation:

💰 $130,000+ base salary + profit sharing
(Flexible depending on experience)
