Affiliate Manager

Affiliate Manager (South Asia) | iGaming | Remote

Build and scale one of the fastest-growing affiliate networks in South Asia.

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who knows how to identify high-potential partners, build long-term relationships, and grow quality traffic across South Asia.

This is an opportunity to own strategic GEOs, work alongside an international team, influence business decisions, and directly contribute to the company’s growth.

Target GEOs: Bangladesh, Sri Lanka.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and scale the affiliate network across Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

• Source, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners.

• Work with SEO affiliates, Telegram channels, YouTube creators, TikTok, Instagram, X, content websites, and influencers.

• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership deals.

• Analyze traffic quality and partner performance to identify growth opportunities.

• Build long-term relationships with key partners.

• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to maximize results.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.

• Has experience working with the Bangladesh and/or Sri Lanka markets.

• Understands CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership models.

• Knows how to negotiate, build long-term partnerships, and grow partner revenue.

• Is Russian-speaking (the team’s working language is Russian).

• Has English at B2 level or higher to communicate confidently with international partners.

Nice to have

• Existing affiliate network in Bangladesh and/or Sri Lanka.

• Experience with both Betting and Casino products.

• Experience launching or scaling new GEOs.

• Knowledge of Bengali or Sinhala/Tamil languages is a strong advantage.
