Middle Project Manager

I am a strategy and research professional with a background spanning management consulting, sports analytics, international policy research, and cross-border business development. Over the past several years I have built a track record of delivering structured analytical work and managing complex projects in fast-moving, high-stakes environments across more than twenty mandates at Yakov and Partners, one of the leading strategy consultancies in the BRICS region. My experience sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and people. At Yakov and Partners I produced over 350 analytical reports covering geopolitical risk, macroeconomic assessment, investment climate, and enterprise strategy, while simultaneously coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality of delivery across the full project lifecycle. In parallel, I held analytical and scouting roles at professional football clubs including Lokomotiv Moscow, Borussia Dortmund International Academy, and PFC Sochi, where I designed reporting frameworks from scratch, maintained performance databases, and managed stakeholder communications across multiple languages and time zones. I am drawn to project management roles because this is, in many ways, what I have been doing throughout my career under different job titles. I understand how to break down ambiguous tasks into clear workstreams, keep teams aligned under pressure, and take ownership of outcomes rather than just processes. My academic background across five international universities in the UK, Belgium, Italy, Poland, and Canada has strengthened my ability to work across cultures, adapt quickly to new environments, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
